1. Are all your vehicles inspected before being listed for sale?
Yes. Every vehicle on our lot goes through a comprehensive multi-point inspection to ensure it meets our quality and safety standards. We verify the mechanical condition, perform a full diagnostic check, and provide a free vehicle history report for complete transparency.
2. Can I trade in my current vehicle?
Absolutely. We accept trade-ins and offer fair market value after evaluating your vehicle’s condition, mileage, and market demand. You can even get an estimated quote online before visiting our dealership.
3. Can I test-drive the vehicle and/or have it inspected?
Absolutely. We encourage you to schedule a test drive and, if you wish, we can allow or facilitate an independent mechanical inspection before you finalize the purchase. Transparency ensures you’re comfortable with your decision.
4. What is your return or “cooling-off” policy?
State laws vary — in many cases the “cooling-off” period (right to return) doesn’t apply to used car sales. We’ll provide you the exact terms at the time of sale, including whether the car is sold “as is” or with any warranty. (According to the FTC: “Federal law doesn’t require dealers to give you three days to cancel the deal and return the car.”)
5. What warranties or guarantees come with the car?
Some of our vehicles come with a dealer-backed limited warranty, while others may be sold “as is” (no warranty). We clearly indicate this on the vehicle’s Buyer’s Guide label and in your purchase contract. We’ll explain what is covered (engine, transmission, etc.), any deductibles, and how to claim service if needed.
